Aims:
1. To present an interactive version of the Eatwell Plate
2. To educate on the health-value of each of the food groups
3. To provide an opportunity to talk about how the child's 'plate' compares with the Eatwell Plate, when used in conjunction with a paper-based version of the 'typical day scenario'
4. To provide an opportunity to talk about and agree swaps to the child's 'plate'
5. To see how making these agreed swaps alters the child's 'plate'
